On May 20th, SMDERI has successfully won the bid for six 16000TEU container vessels’ hybrid EGC systems of MSC’s subsidiary, with the contract amount exceeding 100 million RMB. It is the third order of the year in our marine EGC system business that amounted to more than 100 million RMB. The other two are for Evergreen's 24 container ships and MSC’s 9 Yangzi 16000 TEU vessels.

SMDERI’s successive winning of large volume bids signified that the EGC system products have been fully recognized by famous European shipowners, which confirms the capabilities of SMDERI in the international marine emission control industry. In the future, on the basis of maintaining a steady development, SMDERI will continue to enhance brand recognition, strive to implement bulk orders for new industries and contribute to the advancement of low-carbon green power for vessels.
