SMDERI-QET Invited to Attend the 2025 Asia Maritime Decarbonisation Conference

On April 16, SMDERI-QET, a subsidiary of CSSC, was invited to participate in the 2025 Asia Maritime Decarbonisation Conference held in Singapore. The conference focused on the low-carbon transition and sustainable development of the global shipping industry, bringing together representatives from the International Maritime Organization (IMO), leading shipping companies, energy providers, and technology innovators to jointly explore pathways for maritime decarbonisation.

During the panel discussion, SMDERI-QET delivered a keynote presentation on "Ship Emission Control", offering an in-depth introduction to its post-combustion treatment solutions for vessels powered by alternative fuels such as Methanol, Ammonia, and LNG. The company also showcased a video case study featuring the world’s first Onboard Carbon Capture and Storage System (OCCS), demonstrating its comprehensive capabilities in supporting low-carbon vessel operations—sparking enthusiastic discussion among attendees.
SMDERI-QET’s presence on the international stage not only underscored its technological leadership in carbon reduction but also reflected its firm commitment to achieving zero-carbon shipping in collaboration with global partners.
