SMDERI-QET Showcases Key Maritime Emission Reduction Technologies at SMLME 2025 in Dubai

On May 6 (local time), Shanghai QiYao Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (SMDERI-QET), a subsidiary of China State Shipbuilding Corporation (CSSC), unveiled a range of self-developed cutting-edge technologies and innovative products at the Seatrade Maritime Logistics Middle East 2025(SMLME 2025) in Dubai.

As one of the largest and most prestigious maritime events in the Middle East, SMLME 2025 grandly opened at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The event attracted maritime industry leaders, corporate giants, and renowned experts from around the world to explore future development trends and exchange insights on emerging technologies and innovative concepts.

During the exhibition, SMDERI-QET showcased a suite of key emission reduction solutions—including Onboard Carbon Capture and Storage System (OCCS), Fuel Gas Supply System (FGSS), and LNG Sub-cooling System (LSC)—alongside integrated strategies for reducing greenhouse gases and pollutants from ships. These attracted significant interest and on-site inquiries from attendees. Industry representatives praised the featured technologies and expressed strong interest in potential collaboration with SMDERI-QET on maritime emission reduction initiatives.
