Aiming at the BOG problems of LNG carriers and bunkering vessels, based on the dynamic simulation of full working conditions, high-power high-speed permanent magnet motor and five degrees of freedom actively controlled magnetic levitation system, SMDERI QET has successfully developed a LNG Sub-cooling System with high-efficiency, high-reliability and long-term maintenance-free. LNG Sub-cooling System not only can avoid the economic loss and greenhouse effect caused by the combustion and emission of BOG, but also can realize the balance of temperature and pressure in the cargo tank, and the performance and quality of the system reach the requirements of related laws and regulations. Breakthrough has been made on the first orders of LSC for two LNG bunkering vessels (14,000m³ and 30,000 m³).
